Yoga for Beginners
Learn the basics in yoga while stretching and strengthening your entire body.
Practice total-body stretching through basic relaxation and breathing techniques. Learn to relax the mind and body for daily stress relief. All fitness levels welcome.
Tai Chi - Beginner
This mind-body practice is recommended by NIH to address and prevent numerous conditions. Slow, fluid movements promote relaxation, balance, strength and flexibility for people of all ages. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Movement modifications are available for any physical limitation.
Tai Chi - Intermediate & Advanced
Knowledge of the Tai Chi Beginners material is required. We will aim to deepen our understanding of the practice while cultivating our ability to relax, listen, connect, follow and cultivate chi.
"Qi Gong" is the "energy work" of traditional Chinese medicine. These simple, gentle movements allow us to feel, cultivate and promote the balanced flow of chi in our bodies.
Strengthen the muscles that help support your back and abdominals using a combination of gentle yoga and pilates. Participants should be comfortable working on a mat on the floor.
Core strengthening class that helps to improve lower back health and reduce pain. Increase your abdominal strength, breathing and overall flexibility. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels!

Massage for Couples
Couples will learn about the benefits and different types of massage. Participants will practice different massage strokes, and learn how to target the shoulders, hands, neck, back, feet and face. This class is “hands-on,” so you can learn with guided instruction and then take your skills home!
